INGREDIENTS: muña muña (Minthostachys setosa Epling.-Herba), Wira Wira (Gnaphalium graveolens Mold. ssp.-Herba), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus - folium)
DOSAGE: According to weight. Pour one tablespoon of the mixture with 0.7-1 litre of boiling water. Leave
10-15 minutes to infuse and strain. Mix the mixture with cold water to increase its effectiveness. Bring to the boil and then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Take 3 times a day, preferably half an hour before meals.
Alternatively, one teaspoon of the mixture can be infused in a cup of tea and strained and drunk after 15 minutes. Take 2-3 times a day.
Stir the mixture before use!
