EFFECTS:
Jiaogulan is classified as an adaptogen, antistressor or harmonizer (positively affects the functions of the whole organism). It positively affects digestion, improves and stimulates the function of the iateraledvin, lowers blood sugar. Its ability to regulate blood pressure is also remarkable, with low blood pressure increasing and high blood pressure decreasing. It also regulates the level of homocysteine in the body. Strengthens the immune system. Better physical condition has been observed in people taking jiaogulan.
Five-leaved ginseng bears the Czech botanical name Gynostema five-leaved and is called Jiaogulan in its homeland. It is a creeping gourd-like plant and has nothing in common with true ginseng, but for its similar active ingredients, eastern peoples called it so.
Its adaptogenic effects have earned it the nickname 'herb of immortality', as it can protect our bodies from increasingly harmful influences from the external environment. In a census in China, it was found that the areas where tea from this plant is regularly drunk have the highest number of people over the age of 100.

REVITALIZING PROTOCOL:
Take for 6 weeks
- 3 x daily 1 tablet (by weight) of Five-Leaf Ginseng -Jiaogulan
- 3 x daily 8 -10 drops (by weight) of Brazilian Ginseng or 1 - 2 teaspoons of crushed root
- 2 x 1 teaspoon per day of White Maca powder (do not use in case of thyroid hyperfunction or suspected oncological problems)
- 1 x 2 daily teaspoons of Camu Camu
- 3 x 7 daily drops of Vilcacora extract (to be taken if the Amazon protocol or Ubosanno protocol has not been taken long term prior to revitalization, also not suitable when taking blood thinners or immunosuppressants)
- 1 teaspoon per day of Aguaje - women only (not to be taken if ocular problems are suspected)
